Refund & Return Policy

At Akovil, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below to understand when refunds, returns, or exchanges apply.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider
  3. Contact your bank, processing times vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect delivery.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrectly supplied

If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, The refund will be sent to the original purchaser

Shipping Returns

To return a product, you must first contact us for approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Akovil is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Do not send items back without prior confirmation.
